Strategy Foundations
Establish mission, priorities and KPIs that anchor every later decision.
I'm Dmitry Klavsuts — a strategy, product, growth and CRM advisor for leadership teams that need clearer priorities, better operating routines and decisions grounded in evidence.
Expertise
Seven modular engagements — from mission and KPIs to functional strategy. Each module ends with practical deliverables your team can use in planning, governance and execution.
Establish mission, priorities and KPIs that anchor every later decision.
Map demand, segments and rivals — then define a differentiation you can defend.
Model 3–5 year alternatives with milestones and execution-ready roadmaps.
Turn choices into execution plans, governance and aligned functional strategies.
Who I help
If any of these sounds like your situation, we should talk.
You have a strategy on paper but it isn't turning into execution. You need priorities, owners and a plan the team can actually run.
Growth has stalled or you're entering a new market. You need a GTM engine — positioning, channels, CRM and retention that compound.
A strong, technically complex product that's hard to sell. You need a repeatable commercial model and a partner network that scales.
You want OKRs, dashboards and an operating system where strategy is driven by evidence — not opinion or the loudest voice in the room.
The Approach
A method that closes the gap between a smart strategy and one that actually gets executed.
Map the market, competitive landscape and the real constraints inside the organisation.
Narrow to a few high-leverage choices with clear trade-offs, owners and evidence.
Translate choices into a living plan with milestones, dashboards and review triggers.
Case Studies
Selected engagements where strategy translated into practical systems, roadmaps or measurable results.
Converted an early-stage governance concept into product architecture, competitor logic, monetization options and a 2025-2027 roadmap.
Designed an explainable recommender that turns a short associative quiz into a sensory profile and six ranked bottles.
Moved a car-sharing platform from reactive incidents to predicting risk — with interpretable rules.
Built a new online commerce model for Israel's largest grocery retailer.
Designed a go-to-market system to scale voltage-normalization tech.

It begins with a short intro call to understand where you are and what's stuck. From there we scope the right starting point — often a quick Strategy Foundations sprint — and agree on concrete deliverables before any larger engagement.
Both. I'm based in Limassol, Cyprus and work remotely with teams across the EU, Israel and the CIS, with on-site sessions where the work calls for it (workshops, leadership alignment, complex industrial qualification).
Anywhere from a 3–7 day foundations sprint to multi-week corporate and functional strategy work. The seven modules on the Expertise page can run standalone or end-to-end, depending on where you're stuck.
I usually work beyond the slide deck: priorities, owners, OKRs, dashboards, CRM routines and governance cadence, so the plan has a practical way to keep moving after the engagement ends.
Owners and leadership teams — from scaling tech and e-commerce to industrial and deep-tech businesses. The common thread is a need to turn analysis into decisions, routines and accountable ownership.
